Q: Do you provide sample? and how long is the sample time?
We can provide samples for you to check quality, also usually for sample, our production time is 10-15days.
Q: Do you support add our brands logo?
We can support add your logo on the clothes, also we have lots of crafts for the logo to choose.
Q: What’s the lead time for bulk order?
For bulk order, usually need 30-35days.
Q: What types of printing methods can your manufacturers do?
Our manufacturers produce amazing print quality through screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, hot press, puff print, chenille embroidery, embroidery and more. Send us your graphic design files along with your tech packs and we will recommend the best option for you.
Q: What’s the minimum deposite required?
50% of total amount.
Q: How long does it take to ship my finished clothes to me?
It depends on where you live, and which shipping method you need to use. Air freight is faster than sea freight. To give you an example, our clients receive their packages usually between 4 to 10 business days from the shipping date. The fastest we’ve seen is 48 hours door-to-door. Sea freight can take months.
