1. Design & tech pack review
Upon receiving the client’s design files, our business team will create production orders based on the client’s files, accurately converting the design file information into files suitable for production.
2. Fabric sourcing and material confirmation
We will source fabrics based on the customer’s needs and specifications. Whether you need heavyweight or lightweight fabrics, we can provide a variety of options. We also offer fabrics with different compositions, including 100% cotton, polyester, spandex, or other customized blends.
3. Pattern making and sample development
Our pattern-making team will create detailed patterns based on the customer’s measurements, optimize the size details according to the actual situation, and finally confirm the pattern before proceeding with sample production.
4. Sample revision and approval
After the sample is completed, we will compare it with the client’s documents to identify any necessary modifications. We will then send photos or the sample itself to the client and communicate with them to confirm the final version.
5. Bulk production
Once the sample is approved, we will quickly proceed with mass production. Our typical mass production cycle is 15-25 days, and we will complete and deliver the customer’s order on time.
6. Quality inspection and packing
Once mass production is complete, we have a rigorous quality control system in place. We meticulously inspect everything from the lines and dimensions to the stitching details. We have a quality control team and packaging team of nearly 10 people.
