1. Project Planning
Please send us your tech pack or any reference images of the design. We’ll confirm the fabric, sizing, and construction details with you. At the same time, we’ll provide information on sample costs, minimum order quantities, and bulk pricing for your reference.
2. Pattern Making
Our skilled pattern makers will create patterns based on your files, bringing out the unique features and fit of each style. We’ll make sure you receive garments that meet your expectations.
3. Sourcing Materials
In collaboration with local fabric suppliers, we source premium materials tailored to our clients’ requirements, ensuring top-tier quality while maintaining competitive pricing.
4. Sample Making
Our skilled sample makers will hand-cut and sew your garments with great attention to detail and precision. By producing your sample pieces, we can test the fit and functionality before moving into bulk production.
5. Revisions
We will fit the sample on our end to assess what adjustments are needed for the next round. With our team’s extensive industry experience, we’re confident we can finalize all necessary revisions within just 1–2 rounds — a process that often takes traditional manufacturers 5 or more rounds to complete.
6. Productions
Once the sample is approved, we can begin pre-production. Placing your order will officially kick off your first production run.
