1. Design & tech pack review

We start by reviewing your tech pack, including measurements, construction details, and design requirements. Our team checks feasibility, fitting logic, and production details to ensure the design can be accurately executed in bulk production.

2. Sampling & fitting

Based on the approved tech pack, we develop samples for fitting and testing. Adjustments are made according to feedback until the fit, style, and construction are fully approved before bulk production.

3. Fabric sourcing

We source suitable denim fabrics according to your requirements, including weight, stretch, color, and finish. Options range from raw denim to washed and stretch denim, ensuring both quality and consistency.

4. Cutting & sewing

Once materials are confirmed, production begins with precise fabric cutting and professional sewing. Our experienced workers ensure accurate construction, strong seams, and consistent sizing across all pieces.

5. Washing & finishing

Jeans are processed through washing and finishing to achieve the desired look and feel. This includes techniques such as stone wash, enzyme wash, vintage effects, and distressing, depending on the design.

6. Final QC & packing

Before shipment, each order undergoes final quality control to check measurements, appearance, and workmanship. Approved products are then folded, packed, and prepared for export according to client requirements.
